Role: IT Asset Manager Experience Required: 2-5 Years Job Location: Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end to end of lifecycle of IT asset from requisition to disposal. Maintain accurate records of all IT assets across the repositories & tools (Service Now CMDB). Work closely with vendor for addressing warranties & insurance claims. Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory of all IT assets with their precise location & assignment details. Ensure assets are tagged when inducted and corresponding records are updated in CMDB/Fixed asset register. Manage inventory of desktops, laptops, desk phone, mobile phones, desk monitors, consumables, etc. with accuracy. Dispose obsolete assets through e-waste process within regulatory & STPI guidelines. Assist with procurement of IT hardware asset as per business requirements. Asset Ageing report and publishing business case for asset replacement (hardware tech refresh). Prepare early budget for IT Hardware Asset Refresh. Reconciliation of assets across Asset Management Tool, CMDB, Fixed Asset Register & Physical inventories.
