**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Leadership & Strategy**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the academic and institutional profile of the School of Law.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and management to foster an inclusive and innovative academic environment.

2. **Academic Excellence**:

- Ensure high standards of teaching, curriculum development, and research.
- Oversee student academic progress and implement improvements when necessary.

3. **Management & Operations**:

- Administer daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and government regulations.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations.

4. **Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with the legal community, alumni, and industry partners.
- Represent the College at professional, governmental, and community events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- Master’s degree in education administration or leadership; a doctoral degree is preferred.
- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant teaching and leadership experience in educational settings.
- Strong strategic vision, communication, and organizational skills.

**Compensation**:
Competitive CTC will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
