**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote IT services offered by the company.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and research.
- Explain the features and benefits of IT services to clients and address their queries.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into potential clients.
- Record and update client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Stay updated with industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 2 year of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in the IT services domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, preferably US/UK accent.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach to work.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and remain focused on achieving goals.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT sales: 1 year (required)
- tele sales: 1 year (required)
