**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Social Media Executive/Manager** who can take full ownership of our brand’s online voice and presence. This role demands someone who can ideate and execute viral campaigns, shoot and edit engaging content, and build meaningful collaborations with influencers and communities across India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Ideation & Strategy**: Develop and execute innovative, platform-specific social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand love, and growth.
- **Content Creation & Execution**:

- Shoot short-form content such as reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and UGC-style videos.
- Edit videos using **CapCut**, **Premiere Pro**, or similar tools.
- Design engaging posts, graphics, and promotional material using **Photoshop**, **Canva**, or other design platforms.
- **Influencer & Community Marketing**:

- Identify relevant influencers and content creators in key cities across India.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and local communities to co-create content and amplify campaigns.
- Manage influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- **Publishing & Engagement**:

- Maintain a consistent and high-quality posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
- **Performance & Insights**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Create regular reports and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- **Trend Spotting**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, meme culture, audio trends, and content innovations.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Proficient in **CapCut**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Photoshop**, **Canva**, and other content tools.
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing for short-form platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience in influencer marketing and building local partnerships.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design, trends, and consumer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in food, lifestyle, or youth-oriented brands.
- Hands-on experience working with influencer campaigns across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.
- Basic photography and lighting skills for shooting mobile-first content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
