**Job Title**:Kindergarten Teacher**

**Location**: Divyapath School.Off AEC Over Bridge,Memnagar,Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Noon Shift

**Job Summary**:
The kindergarten teacher is responsible for designing and delivering a curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children aged 3-6. They foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students can develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction. The teacher also ensures the safety, well-being, and engagement of every child.

**Key Responsibilities**:Instructional Duties**
- Plan and implement lessons that align with educational standards and promote learning through play.
- Teach fundamental skills, including basic reading, writing, and math.
- Foster creativity and critical thinking through hands-on activities, storytelling, music, and art.
- Encourage social skills development, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

**Classroom Management**
- Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
- Establish and maintain classroom rules to ensure respectful and cooperative behavior.
- Monitor and address the individual learning and behavioral needs of each student.

**Assessment and Evaluation**
- Observe and assess student progress through informal and formal methods.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with parents/guardians during PTM.

**Collaboration**
- Work with other educators, specialists, and staff to support student development.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students during activities and transitions.
- Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into teaching and classroom management.
- Support school-wide events and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license for kindergarten or early childhood education (as required by the region).

**Experience**
- Prior experience teaching young children (preferred).
- Familiarity with child development principles and early learning frameworks.
- Minimum 1Year Experience same field.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and instructional methods.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Classroom setting with occasional outdoor activities.
- Requires standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities with children.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
