**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer queries related to jewellery products professionally and promptly.
- **Product Demonstration**: Showcase products through video calls & Photos, highlighting features and details to potential customers.
- **Social Media Management**: Post and update product listings in reselling groups and online marketplaces.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with resellers and customers to drive sales.
- **Order Query Updates**: Provide timely updates to customers regarding their order status, shipping details, and resolution of any order-related issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- English, Hindi, and Gujarati are required.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or online reselling (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
