
Car Sales Executive

**Customer Interaction**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- **Vehicle Presentation**: Showcase and sell vehicles, providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
- **Sales Process**: Handle all aspects of the sales process, including negotiations, paperwork, and financing options.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on current product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of automotive products and market trends.
**Work Environment**:
- **Location**: Typically based at an auto dealership or sales lot.
- **Hours**: May include weekends and evenings to accommodate customer schedules.
