As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Technical and Professional Experience.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX designer
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement cutting-edge design solutions that not only align with the business direction but also enhance the overall user experience.
- Collect and comprehend project requirements by understanding user personas and their workflows. Conduct UX research as necessary to explore specifics and document the findings.
- Adopt a user-centric design approach, integrating rapid testing and iteration into the design process to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
- Showcase expertise in addressing multi-platform UX challenges and exhibit proficiency in creating scalable, user-friendly, and responsive design solutions.
- Innovate by conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges, demonstrating a keen sense of visual design with a focus on user-system interaction.
- Be good at understanding things better, considering how users interact with the system.
- Leverage experience in generating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps, showcasing proficiency in visual design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping tools.
- Conduct usability testing and other relevant UX validation research with a global user base, ensuring that the design solutions meet diverse user needs and preferences.
- Provide additional inputs such as expertise in UX/UI trends and emerging technologies, staying abreast of industry best practices, and contributing innovative ideas to further enhance the user experience.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs iteratively.
