As a Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Digininja Private Limited As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, including negotiation, contract management, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Create detailed briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
- Compile and present reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Oversee the creation of content for influencer campaigns, including graphics, videos, and written materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with influencers.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaign ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for influencer marketing and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:
