**key responsibilities controlled**:

- Purchase order management and documentation.
- Vendor Development.
- Monthly material schedule procurement.
- Negotiation on quotation in best possible way.
- Procuring the quality item with right cost with minimum inventory.
- Negotiate purchases to ensure lowest cost consistent with company standards for quality products.
- Continually research alternate sources for products in order to ensure the most competitive pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of the local representatives and distributors and build constructive relationships.
- Forwarded available inventory items by verifying stock, scheduling delivery.
- Analyse vendor on the basis of delivery, cost fluctuation, quality and service on annual basis.
- Encoded all reference of purchase requisition and local purchase order number, requisition number, vendors’ names and date and accordingly forwarded necessary documents to accounts department for payment processing.
- Coordinated with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of invoices and delivery notes from them.
- Attached invoices and delivery notes to local purchase ordered as well as checked the details of materials delivered.
- Spares parts arrangement of breakdown machines.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Good Communication skill, Leadership.
- Knowledge of Engineering Drawing.
- Knowledge of purchasing process as well as general knowledge of budgeting and cost-management.
- Application of basic engineering principles in understanding new processes / technology.
- Possessing effective negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,800.00 per month
