Hiring Trainer/ Soft Skills Trainer at reputed healthcare company at Pune.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

**Job Responsibilities**:
Engage and influence units in driving Training and Development initiatives
Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc training delivery
Design and execute training calendars
Coordinate with vendors for sessions and their payments
Making Software Entries and Preparing various MIS
Coordinate with all units to get nominations for induction program
Complete documentation formalities of all new joiners and maintain their personal files accurately
Conduct Orientation Program/ Service Standards trainings for all new joiners and address their queries, if any
Coordinate with functional heads for their sessions in the induction program
Prepare post training report and send it weekly
Assist in design training modules for soft skills and behavioral training sessions
Assist in designing, developing and printing training documents (Feedback sheets, Handouts, Activity Sheets, Checklists, etc.)
Assist and coordinate to roll out and drive training need identification projects using various methodologies (performance appraisal, audits, tests, etc.) across all organizational units and analyze the same
Post training, analyze the feedback of the sessions conducted and inform findings
Deliver trainings in all prescribed Units as planned in the monthly calendars
Maintain accurate reports of every training conducted.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month.

Notice Period : Immediate/ 8-10 Days.

- Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Trainer at Multispeciality Hospital: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (preferred)
