**SAP SD & Excel experience Mandatory**
- Creation of Sales & Purchase orders on **SAP SD**:

- Order Fulfillment and Management
- Demand Planning along with Inventory Management
- Managing Shipments, Export Documentation
- Generating Reports on **Excel and SAP**

Please go through the Job Description below:
**SAP**:

- Should have hands-on experience in SAP-SD as major tasks will be in SAP.
- Info record update / finalizing the RSP and update to store level
- Sales order creation / Outbound delivery / TO group for shipment.
- High Seas order creation from Purchase request from sales order and invoicing.
- Assist store in ZMM01 scanning
- Local / Import / High seas order preparation.
- Prepare a report for sales order - available / non-available with volume/weight/value
- Assist store with daily IDOC / deficit clearance and sales posting.
- Aging stock report, Markdown / promos to be activated

**EXCEL**:

- Prepare an Excel Worksheet with the current order, average sales, and stock in hand/goods in transit to analyze the order quantity
- Prepare costing sheet & supporting docs to Finance for GRN posting
- Prepare & share shipment tracker
- Repeat Order planning for shops is an added advantage.
- Prepare stock flash and re-ordering for the stores.

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
