- **Saturday - 9:30 -1:30 PM**:

**Starting Salary - INR 15,000 + incentives**

**Detailed Job Role**:

- She will be responsible for conducting the classes according to The Little Gym curriculum
- She should be keen to work with children in fun and nurturing manner
- She has the knowledge of English language or is keen to learn and take class in the language
- She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate the progress and benefit of the program
- She should be eager to learn, stick to curriculum and prepare before taking any class
- She should be a team player
- She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child’s progress and key milestones
- She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child’s progress on the classes
- She is Responsible for documenting Sales Allocation and Petty Cash.
- She is expected to basic calls to parent and check for the child’s absentees
- **Requirements**:

- Physically fit and ability to learn basic gymnastic skills. A person who is a trained gymnast or yoga or a dance background will be an added advantage.
- She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner
- Thorough understanding of gymnast skills and spotting. (training will be provided)
- Can speak English (or keen to learn)
- Eager to work with young children (2 -12 years)
- Patience and fun loving
- Interest in sports, willing to learn and grow
- Commitment with the company for a longer period of time
- Age limit
- below 25 years

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
