Position: Club Manager Location: Zero Gravity Gym, Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time About Us: Zero Gravity is a premium fitness center located in one of the most potential areas of Coimbatore, known for its strong fitness community and growing demand for quality training. We're now looking for a dynamic Club Manager to lead our team, ensure top-notch member satisfaction, and drive the gym's overall growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead and motivate the fitness trainers, front office, and support staff to deliver excellent service.
• Drive membership sales, manage renewals, and support marketing initiatives to grow the club.
• Ensure smooth member experience, addressing feedback or issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics – including sales targets, member retention, and service quality.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep and facility standards.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and payroll coordination for all team members.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly reports on operations, revenue, and staff performance.
• Implement new strategies or promotions to improve engagement and profitability. ⸻ Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Club Manager, Fitness Center Manager, or similar leadership role in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with members and staff.
• Knowledge of gym operations, fitness programs, and sales management.
• Basic understanding of finance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak hours. ⸻ Perks & Benefits:
