**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, data aggregation, content creation and quality checks for business review decks
- Collaborate with CX Managers to project manage planning, delivery, and reporting of business review decks and action items
- Collaborate with CX Ops Leads/Managers to define and refine a scalable business review delivery process
- Serve as the trusted adviser to CX Managers & sales team to help deliver effective customer business reviews
- Coordinate with CX Ops team members to establish dashboards/reporting in Gainsight/SFDC for CX & Sales leadership visibility

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 4+ years' experience in customer success/operations/consulting or similar roles in a B2B space
- Graduate/postgraduate in Business Administration, International Business, or other related college business degrees
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to a large group
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face paced environment
- Experience with Technology/SaaS-oriented Customer Success/Experience function a plus
