IT Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Delivery**: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical exercises on relevant IT topics, including but not limited to:

- Programming Languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, MATLAB)
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Database Management Systems (DBMS)
- Networking Fundamentals
- Operating Systems
- Cybersecurity Basics
- Cloud Computing
- Software Engineering Principles
- Specific software relevant to engineering disciplines (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools)
- **Instructional Support**: Provide individual and group support to students, addressing their questions and challenges. Offer guidance on projects and assignments.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Design and implement assessments (e.g., quizzes, assignments, exams) to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to students.
- **Lab Management (if applicable)**: Oversee and maintain computer labs, ensuring they are equipped with necessary software and hardware. Troubleshoot technical issues.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate IT concepts into various engineering courses.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A degree in Engineering with a strong IT background will also be considered.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in the programming languages and software mentioned above, as well as a strong understanding of IT principles.
- **Teaching Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning materials.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine interest in educating and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
- Experience in developing and delivering online courses.
- Industry certifications in relevant IT areas.
- Research experience in a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
