**Job Title**:C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, RDBMS Teacher / Instuctor
- _We are seeking a qualified and experienced programming instructor to join our dynamic team. _

**Responsibilities**

**Conduct Hands-on Training**:

- Provide practical and hands-on training sessions in C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, and RDBMS.
- Ensure that students gain a deep understanding of programming concepts through interactive and engaging sessions.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update curriculum materials to align with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Create projects and assignments that challenge students and enhance their programming skills.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their coding skills.

**Attendance Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance for each class.
- Monitor and address attendance-related issues promptly, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

**Multilingual Communication**:

- Demonstrate fluency in spoken Hindi, English, and Marathi to effectively communicate with a diverse student population.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that caters to students from different language backgrounds.

**Excellent Teaching Skills**:

- Utilize effective teaching methodologies to make complex programming concepts accessible and understandable.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

**Communication Skills**:

- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, programming languages, and teaching methodologies to enhance personal and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, and RDBMS.
- Strong programming skills and a deep understanding of programming concepts.
- Excellent spoken language skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.5 Proven teaching or training experience with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
