**Role Overview**
The SO- General Trade & Institutional Sales will be responsible for ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability across general trade outlets and institutional partners. This role demands strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and execution excellence to support sales targets and brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper sales and visibility of Mothersparsh products across assigned outlets and institutions
- Monitor and maintain stock levels at retail counters to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment and order execution
- Implement promotional activities, POS material placement, and in-store branding as per marketing guidelines
- Conduct regular market visits to audit product placement, competitor activity, and consumer feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and institutional buyers
- Support new product launches and ensure effective shelf execution
- Provide timely reports on merchandising activities, outlet coverage, and market insights
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Education**: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
**Experience**: 2-3 years in merchandising or sales support roles, preferably in FMCG, baby care, or kids-related industries
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
