**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate integration project for new B2B clients across multiple internal teams, including legal, operations, technology, and client services.
- Conduct onboarding demo sessions for clients once their account is opened and walk them through our platform and features.
- Regularly go through training regarding new features and updates on our trading system.
- Conduct periodic competitive research and market analysis on the financial and brokerage industry in India.
- Develop knowledge in terms of regulations and compliance for Indians trading internationally
- Assist me by preparing proposals and presentations for large institutional clients.
- Participate in client meetings/ seminars, both online and offline.
- Provide weekly reports to me regarding the tasks done throughout the week.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to grow AUM and revenue. Try to get new business opportunities amongst HNIs, advisors, family offices, prop firms, and more.
- Coordinate with the pro serve and general support desk with any client escalations regarding unresolved tickets

**Eligibility Criteria**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance preferred
- Knowledge regarding financial markets and asset classes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to understand market dynamics and client needs.
- Proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel
