**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.
- Prepare and manage the company’s budget, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Perform financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and timely submission of financial statements.
- Liaise with auditors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk factors.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other finance-related functions.
- Conduct financial audits to ensure the integrity of financial statements and records.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures from a financial perspective.
- Ensure the implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
- Manage financial software and systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Experience in finance management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams.
