Barista/all Rounder

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Greg's Cafe. As a Barista, you will play a key role in curating a unique menu that caters not only to coffee enthusiasts but also to pet owners seeking a warm and inviting environment for both themselves and their furry companions. Your expertise in crafting exceptional coffee, cold brew, matcha, tea, and bubble tea will contribute to creating memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including coffee, cold brew, matcha, tea, and bubble tea with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to create a beverage menu that offers a variety of options, taking dietary restrictions and preferences into consideration.
- Pet-Friendly Atmosphere: Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers and their pets, demonstrating a genuine appreciation for animals and providing pet treats or water as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, sharing your knowledge of our pet-friendly menu offerings and assisting them in making choices based on their preferences, dietary requirements, and pet companions.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality by monitoring brewing equipment, assessing the freshness of ingredients, and adjusting techniques as necessary.
- Efficiency: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, including kitchen staff and waitstaff, to ensure seamless service and a cohesive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to coffee, cold brew, matcha, tea, and bubble tea, integrating new knowledge into menu offerings.
- Training: Assist in training new baristas, educating them on beverage preparation techniques, pet-friendly practices, and exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience in a café or coffee shop environment, demonstrating proficiency in coffee brewing techniques, cold brew preparation, matcha preparation, and tea brewing.
- Passion for animals and a genuine interest in providing an inclusive and pet-friendly environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Creativity in developing new beverage ideas while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric setting.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
- Flexibility in working weekends and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in crafting pet-friendly beverages or working in a pet-friendly establishment.
- Formal training or certifications related to barista skills and food safety.
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, tea varieties, and flavor profiles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
