**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present company services.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s projects and services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements.
- Organize events, site visits, and promotional activities to attract clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and marketing approaches.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
- Suggest innovative strategies for brand positioning and lead generation.
- Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **sales/marketing (preferably in real estate or construction industry).**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of construction services and customer requirements is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
