The brand operates four physical stores across three cities (two in Chennai, one in Hyderabad, and one in Bangalore) and a centralized warehouse in Chennai.

**Role Summary**:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, scaling the business, and ensuring seamless integration across physical stores, e-commerce platforms, and logistics operations. The COO will work closely with the CEO to drive growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand’s ethos.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Leadership**:
Oversee operations across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and the warehouse.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Monitor inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.

**2. Business Strategy & Growth**:
Collaborate with the CEO to set business goals, expansion strategies, and annual budgets.

Identify opportunities to expand the retail footprint and improve market penetration.

Analyze business performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

**3. Retail Management**:
Ensure optimal performance of all four stores, focusing on sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Standardize retail operations and training processes across all locations.

Monitor foot traffic, customer feedback, and sales data to improve store-level performance.

**4. Team Development**:
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers, warehouse staff, and operations teams.

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for teams across functions.

**5. E-commerce & Digital Operations**:
Integrate online and offline operations to create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Work with marketing and IT teams to optimize the website, product listings, and digital sales strategies.

**6. Warehouse & Logistics Management**:
Oversee the Chennai warehouse’s operations, ensuring efficient stock management and timely dispatch.

Optimize logistics processes to ensure fast delivery while controlling costs.

**7. Compliance & Risk Management**:
Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and safety standards across all locations.

Manage risks associated with operations, logistics, and inventory.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:
10+ years in operations management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Proven track record in managing multi-location businesses.

Experience in supply chain and inventory management.

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Analytical and strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in operational tools, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.

Preferred: Familiarity with traditional cookware and lifestyle products.
