Field Incharge

**Position**: GIS Field Incharge
**Location**: Guwahati, Assam
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5+ years in Survey and GIS-related work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Survey and GIS domain.
- Manage field operations and lead survey and GIS teams effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and make sure that they communicate properly.
- Liaise between the field team and in-house team for seamless project execution.
- Supervise and guide Surveyors, Supervisors, and other field staff.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in field data collection.
- Recruit, train, and manage local field employees as per project requirements.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of GIS data in coordination with internal teams.
- Experience in handling Property Tax Surveys is preferred.
- Should have a quick grasp of the latest survey techniques and tools.
- Should be capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Should be open to travel as required by the project.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing vendors and identify new vendors for outsourcing work while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and share daily field reports in the prescribed format with the reporting manager and client, ensuring timely status updates.
