**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of project-related operations, ensuring compliance with timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze operational data to recommend improvements and optimizations in project execution.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project sites.
- Support the management team in operational troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure services and products meet our stringent requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a Diploma in Electronics / Electrical, or a BBA.
- MBA in Operations Management is highly desirable.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
