**Work experience range**: 01 Year to 04 Years

**CTC Range**: Rs 2 to 2.8 LPA with average CTC of Rs 2.4 LPA.

**Minimum Educational Qualification**: Any graduate

**Work Experience **: with 3-4 years’ experience of back office work in Investment Management Company or Mutual Fund AMC

**Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week**

**Key Skills**:

- Basic Knowledge related to Investments like handling of Mutual Fund transactions or Insurance agencies with Unit Linked Insurance Plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Liaison Ing with various stakeholders for implementing required activities
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible approach
- Conversant in MS Office especially in MS Excel and MS Word.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Support team in the execution of transactions for any other investment product (Fixed Income,
SP, PMS / AIF etc)
- Handling all types of Insurance (Life, Health & General) ULIP plans and transactions including quotations
- Handling documentation for Investment & Insurance Products
- Managing all transaction related trackers and logs for maintaining latest and accurate status
- Managing daily accounting activities
- Handling statutory filing -TDS,GST
- Managing cash, receipt and payment
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Handing Balance Sheet GST Return
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Help with Reconciliation
- Assist in audits reconciliation
- Should know how to do payment of employees every month, deductions and others

**Skills Required**:

- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
- Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate with everyone
- Strong communication skills both Verbal and written

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
