We are seeking a dedicated recruiter with solid sourcing skills and in-depth experience in **bulk hiring, particularly for sales roles across India.**If you're a go-getter with mastery in resume sourcing, this is the role for you.
**Job Role Overview**:
This is a 100% sourcing-focused role, best suited for someone who thrives on finding the right talent swiftly and smartly. The recruiter will be responsible for driving bulk CV sourcing, especially for sales profiles across India, using a mix of advanced sourcing tools and strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively utilize head hunting, employee referrals, internal references, and internal databases to close positions faster.
- Build and update a strong talent pipeline across various verticals, primarily sales.
- Maintain clear and organized records using Excel or internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage sourcing end-to-end independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Core recruitment & Head Hunting experience (agency or in-house), with a special focus on sourcing.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for field-based or sales roles.
- Proficient in Boolean search, Google X-Ray Search, and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Taleo, Workable, or iCIMS will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Residing in Harbour Line.
- Agile, sharp, and efficient in managing volume hiring.
- Confident communicator and a quick learner with a proactive mindset.
**Working Details**:
**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
