Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Enter alphanumeric data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, or online forms, into computer systems or databases.

Data Verification: Review and cross-check entered data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring it matches the source documents.

Data Cleaning and Formatting: Modify and format data to adhere to specific guidelines or standards, correcting any errors and organizing it into a standardized format.

Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases by adding new data, modifying existing records, and deleting obsolete information. Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of data entry activities, including the number of entries made, error rates, and any issues encountered during the process.

Data Retrieval: Assist in retrieving specific data or generating reports based on predefined criteria, using query tools or database management systems.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct errors in the entered data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Time Management: Prioritize and organize data entry tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems and query tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
