**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of stamping dies, tools, and fixtures to ensure smooth production operations. Ensures that all tooling is maintained to meet quality and production standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on progressive, compound, and blanking dies used in stamping operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling issues such as die wear, part defects, or misalignment.
- Dismantle, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble tools and dies using hand tools, grinders, and precision instruments.
- Maintain documentation of tooling maintenance and repairs performed.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve tool life and performance.
- Modify dies and tools based on engineering changes and continuous improvement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized tool room.
- Support die trials, setup activities, and tool changeovers.
- Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc., to ensure accuracy in maintenance work.
- Maintain tool history logs and coordinate with vendors for outsourced tool reconditioning if needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of stamping dies, tool steels, heat treatment, and machining processes.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
