**Accounting & Finance (AR)**
**Type of Role**: Individual Contributor.
**The Role**:
**Billing and Invoicing**:
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to clients.
Ensure invoices are in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary billing information.
**Credit Management**:
Evaluate and establish credit limits for clients.
Monitor credit terms and follow up on overdue payments.
Collaborate with sales and client service teams to resolve credit-related issues.
**Cash Application**:
Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with clients.
Work with the team to ensure accurate recording of transactions
**Collections**:
Implement and manage an effective collections process to minimize overdue accounts.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
Prepare and present reports on ageing accounts to management.
**Account Reconciliation**:
Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
Provide regular updates on the status of accounts to management.
**Reporting**:
Generate and analyze AR reports to assess the financial health of the company.
Prepare regular reports for management on key AR metrics and trends.
Contribute to the development of financial forecasts based on AR data.
**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in AR functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall financial processes.
**What you’ll need to be successful**:
Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office.
People with Attention to detail & deep knowledge.
Data driven and individuals with a high level of ownership.
Strategic solution-based problem-solving skills.
Good Communication Skills.
Proficient in usage of entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
Very strong English communication skills - written and spoken.
