Job Opening: OPT Recruiter

Experience required for the Job: 6+ years

**Salary**: 4.00 to 8.00 LPA (Negotiable)

Job Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Work From Office : immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
- Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
- Maintaining good database for the follow.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market
- Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
- Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hiring's with effective hands on experience on various job boards.i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding
- Any Graduate
- Experience of 5 to 7 years experience in US IT Staffing company as OPT recruiter
- Having exposure of using various sites and campus connect for hiring of OPT/CPT/ H1B and TN visa holders, EADs on to company bench.
