**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team in the FMCG industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their sales career and grow with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (retailers, wholesalers, etc.)
- Promote and sell our FMCG products to customers, ensuring maximum visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates (any discipline) with a passion for sales and marketing
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn CRM tools
- Ability to travel frequently to meet customers and attend sales meetings
