Designation: Mutual Fund Operation Executive

Location: Anand, Gujarat

CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA
- Process mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, and systematic investments (SIP, SWP, STP).
- Address client queries related to mutual fund investments, portfolio details, and transaction status.
- Coordinate with **fund houses, and custodians** for transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to mutual fund transactions and AUM.
- Verify KYC documentation, FATCA compliance, and other regulatory requirements for investor onboarding.
- Utilize mutual fund software platforms (NSE MF, BSE Star MF, CAMS, Karvy) for efficient transaction processing.
- Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **mutual fund products, investment processes, and regulations**.
- Hands-on experience with mutual fund transaction platforms (**NSE MF, BSE Star MF, CAMS, Karvy**).
- Expertise in **MS Excel**, financial reporting, and data management.
- Excellent **analytical and reconciliation skills** to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Strong **communication and coordination skills** for handling clients and external agencies.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
