Job Title: VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator

We are looking for an experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our team. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating VMC machines to produce precision components as per specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate VMC machines, including loading and unloading workpieces, selecting and installing tooling, and setting machine parameters.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Write and modify CNC programs using appropriate software for VMC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure components are produced with precise tolerances and meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged tooling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or programming errors, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and quality inspectors, to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to specifications.
- Document machine settings, tooling changes, and production data for record-keeping purposes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience operating VMC machines, with a strong proficiency in CNC programming.
- Solid understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficient in CNC programming using appropriate software for VMC machines.
- Ability to interpret G-code and make adjustments to optimize machining processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent math skills and ability to work with precise measurements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of machining materials, cutting tools, and machining techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
