Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.

Maintain updated and organized records for future reference.

Follow up on pending cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Quality and Compliance:
Adhere to company protocols, scripts, and call handling guidelines.

Maintain quality standards to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average call handling time and first-call resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Communication Skills:
Exhibit clear and professional verbal communication to convey information effectively.

Actively listen to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.

Maintain a polite and courteous demeanor throughout interactions.

Technical Proficiency:
Utilize CRM and call center software efficiently to log interactions and access customer information.

Assist customers with basic troubleshooting of products and services over the phone.

Multitasking and Time Management:
Handle multiple customer interactions while managing related administrative tasks.

Prioritize workload to address critical customer issues swiftly.

Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
Act on feedback from supervisors to enhance call handling and customer service delivery.

Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, services, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
