**Qualification**:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Civil CAD Trainer/Faculty** to train students on industry-standard software tools like **AutoCAD** and **STAAD Pro, E-TABS.** The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing students for real-world civil engineering projects, and mentoring them to build strong technical foundations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and practical training on **AutoCAD** and **STAAD Pro**,**E-TABS**.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through real-time project exercises and case studies.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, features, and industry practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command over **AutoCAD** (Drafting, Detailing, Civil Drawings).
- Proficiency in **STAAD Pro** for structural analysis and design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- **Languages**: Must be able to communicate effectively in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
