
Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing & Administration**:
- Accurately process customer orders, issue pro-formas, confirmations, and coordinate dispatch logistics
- Maintain organized digital records (customer data, orders, dispatch, payments), and generate periodic reports.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Support sales team by scheduling client visits, managing calendars, and liaising across departments
- Monitor order progress, inform clients of any delays or issues, and escalate to sales managers
- **Customer Service & After-Sales**:
- Serve as point of contact for customers—receive complaints, troubleshoot issues, and follow up post-delivery.
- **Sales Data & Reporting**:
- Collect, analyze, and report sales metrics (order volumes, customer feedback, delivery status) weekly/monthly Ambition
- Use insights to highlight process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- **Marketing & Promo Support (as required)**:
- Assist in preparing promotional materials, organizing showroom displays, and coordinating participation in dealer meets or trade fairs Placement India
Qualifications & Experience
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, and Masters in Marketing or related field preferred Job
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in sales coordination or customer-facing administrative roles, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials sector Ambition
- Excellent communication (spoken & written) with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM or ERP tools.
- High organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving mindset—capable of addressing customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Team player who works effectively with production, dispatch, accounts, and sales teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
