Job Title: Back office Executive (Export Documentation)

Shift Timings: 10 am to 6 pm

Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad

**About the Role**:
The Documentation, Back Office, and Purchase Executive is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents, performing administrative and operational support tasks, and handling basic procurement activities. This role ensures that records are maintained accurately, purchases are made efficiently, and overall office functions run smoothly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in Documentation, Back Office, and Purchase work.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Familiarity with data entry and database management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (if applicable to the industry).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
