**Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)**:

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday _is a professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a company’s customers. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by addressing customer needs, solving problems, and providing a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized service.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups.
- Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather and report customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on customer trends and issues.

- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
