**Location**: Mumbai / Daman / Silvassa / Vapi / Ahmedabad
**CTC**: Rs. 3,00,000/- p.a. (Including Local Travelling)
**Incentive**: 30% Incentive on sales value (Example: Monthly sale value is Rs. 1,00,000/-, incentive will be Rs. 30,000/-)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a self-driven Direct Sales Executive to introduce our company's products to potential customers, close sales, and contribute to sales and marketing plans. Responsibilities include researching competitors, identifying sales opportunities, and providing information on product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or Graduate.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is advantageous.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent networking and communication skills in respective regional language.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Role**:
- Present products and services to customers.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Gather customer feedback and address concerns.
- Write sales contracts as per company requirements.
- Ensure customers are well-informed about sales proposals.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints before finalizing sales.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for higher management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry technologies and developments.
**Training**:
- 15 days of product and onsite training.
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Convince customers to purchase company products.
- Achieve exceptional customer service by the 2nd month, giving 20 demos, and ensuring timely product delivery.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
