**Function / Department**: Direct Sales

**Purpose of Role**: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business

**CTC-**2 to 5Lakhs

**Graduate**
- 0-2years work experience
- Minimum 6months of experience in life insurance sales management

- Good Communication Skills-Both face to face and virtually
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- English (preferred)
