**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Associate to support our organization's online presence and engagement. As the
Social Media Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, and helping us connect with our supporters and beneficiaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with Aikarthya's mission and goals.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions, responding in a timely and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure alignment with branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, suggesting new ideas and approaches to improve engagement.
- Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and insights, and contribute to optimizing content strategy.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and tools to explore growth opportunities.
- Help maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of planned content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic graphic design software.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and visual content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the community through digital engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
