Here are the job responsibilities for a **Social Media Marketing Intern**:
1. **Content Creation & Management**
- Assist in designing and creating engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write captions, blogs, and social media copies that align with the organization's tone and voice.
- Schedule and manage posts across all social media platforms.

2. **Community Engagement**
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive interactions and build a supportive online community.

3. **Campaign Management**
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign ideas.

4. **Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Provide weekly or monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.

5. **Trend Monitoring**
- Stay updated on current social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
- Suggest new ideas to leverage trending topics to increase engagement.

6. **Collaborations**
- Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, or partners for collaborative content creation or campaigns.
- Assist in reaching out to potential collaborators and managing partnerships.

7. **Research & Strategy**
- Conduct research on competitors’ social media strategies and industry best practices.
- Provide input for improving overall social media strategies.

8. **Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all posts and campaigns maintain the organization’s branding guidelines and messaging.

9. **Event Promotions**
- Promote events, webinars, or campaigns on social media platforms.
- Create live updates during events and drive user engagement.

10. **Administrative Support**
- Maintain a content calendar and update it regularly with planned posts and campaigns.
- Help with any other marketing tasks as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic graphic designing (Canva or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset for understanding social media metrics.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

This role offers a great learning experience in social media marketing and hands-on exposure to real-world campaigns

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
