Identify and nurture potential leads through various channels, such as online platforms, events, and referrals.
- Actively follow up with leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Analyze trends, opportunities, and challenges within the **education and training sector.**:

- Research competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead and refine sales strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including **schools, colleges, universities, and training organizations.**:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster partnerships and referrals.
- Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure partnerships and enrollments.
- Develop and execute Sales development **plans to meet sales targets** and drive market expansion.
- Provide clear and accurate information about training programs, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract leads and drive enrollments.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and enrollment data.
- Must **Good Communication**with Convincing Skill

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
