3. Drive brand awareness and engagement through effective content creation,

including articles, blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.

4. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including

digital, print, social media, and events.

5. Monitor and analyze PR and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of

campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product

Development, and Senior Management, to ensure alignment and integration of PR

and marketing efforts.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to

identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

8. Manage PR and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of

resources to maximize ROI.

9. Represent CYC Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build

relationships and promote the brand.

10. Mentor and develop junior members of the PR and marketing team, providing

guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and marketing roles, preferably in
