Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

As a key contributor to our growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned markets.

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue potential.

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the customer base.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

0-2 years of experience in sales B2B or B2C.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
