**MIS & Data Intern (Reporting to COO)**

**Role Overview**: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic MIS & Data Intern to join our team. The role focuses on MIS creation, data management, Excel tools, basic data analytics, and presentation design. You will play a crucial part in supporting the company’s data-driven decision-making and improving reporting efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards.
- Handle and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Functions to streamline data processing.
- Assist in the analysis of data trends, identifying key insights for business operations.
- Design and develop visually appealing presentations based on data and reports.
- Support in performing basic data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Work with other teams to ensure smooth data flow and report generation.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports for various departments.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on data management and process improvements.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to create clean, clear, and professional reports and presentations.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- A keen interest in data handling, reporting, and analytics.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt and grow in a startup environment.
- Previous internship or project experience involving data management or analytics is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
