**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on **Blow Moulding (PET)** and **Injection Moulding** machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal machine performance and timely problem resolution.
- Maintain documentation for all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts usage, and equipment status.
- Assist in machine installation and setup, ensuring all technical parameters are configured correctly.
- Follow 5S principles and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

**Technical Specifications**:

- **Machinery Types**: Blow Moulding Machines (for PET bottles) and Injection Moulding Machines.
- **Mechanical Systems**: Strong knowledge of mechanical components such as gearboxes, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and clamping units.
- **Electrical Systems**: Experience with wiring, control panels, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, relays, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- **Hydraulic Systems**: Ability to repair and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Understanding of machine lubrication, replacement of worn parts, calibration of sensors, and inspection of critical components.
- **Tools & Equipment**: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment (multimeters, pressure gauges), and machine manuals for troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machines.
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and machine manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
