**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate with job work vendors to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage the **cutting master** and **checking team** to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Ensure timely delivery of job work goods to meet customer commitments.
- Communicate closely with the planning team to align production timelines with business requirements.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve production bottlenecks efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar role within the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality checks, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and external vendors.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
