**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Bookkeeping**:

- Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports as per regulations.
- Support audits by providing required documents and explanations.
- **Inventory and Payroll Management**:

- Update and monitor inventory records in Tally.
- Process payroll entries and maintain employee payment records.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Maintain organized and secure records of all financial transactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tally Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP (latest version)** and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
